Bruxx is the sub brand of Brussels Airport
promoting low cost flights through an online platform.
Brussels Airport (BA) wanted to launch a project that would alter people’s misconception of them being too expensive and would appeal to a more modern, dynamic and youthful audience. We were more than happy to take on this massive challenge.
People look for cheap tickets online. That’s why we created and developed Bruxx.be, where customers can find and compare low cost tickets.
To attract a wider audience we focused on customer satisfaction and interaction through things such as games, stop-motion videos and frequent updates based on feedback and analytics. All of this being created and analyzed at Mosquito Headquarters.
As well as appearing as a fun, user-friendly, youthful domain, we decided to team up with our airlines as partners and created a vast set of viral campaigns and other promotions, such as our successful project with the TV program ‘De Ideale Wereld’.
This was a complete 360° project. We came up with the name, developed the logo, we developed this high tech online platform (together with our in house friends from Intracto), we launched the brand, and… Got great results! 4 years later, the brand is alive and kicking. Research confirms what we had been hoping for and every year, more customers find their way to BA buying their tickets on Bruxx.be
